Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 n ½ cup wheat flour


  • 1 small cup jaggery


  • 1 litte cup ghee


  • 1 cup oil

Directions

  • Take a bowl and add wheat flour to it.than add 3 spoon oil and little hot water to knead dough. By adding little water Mix with water and make muthiyas from it.
  • Now heat oil in kadai and fry all muthiyas in it till golden brown in colour.
  • Now cool down muthiyas and crush in mixture.to make semi powder form.
  • Then take another pan and add gher and jaggery to it.now allow to mix and form bubbles.and add crushed muthiyas.
  • Now mix well and add ghee if needed.(optionsl -add chopped dry fruits )and mix well Now take little mixture on alm and make ladoo..like this prepare all ladoos
